About you:

We’re looking for a Brand Director who has a reputation for being independent, thoughtful and solution-oriented. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of creative account management under their belt (more is better) – whether that is in design, advertising, or digital. You know how to take a project from brief to delivery forging enthusiasm and buy-in from the team without missing deadlines and details. You communicate, communicate, communicate. You thrive in the gray, and with piercing clarity you’re able to make sense of foggy situations, create space and time for creatives to do their best work, and manage client expectations so they feel empowered and involved.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture client relationships, overseeing complex, integrated project work across multiple channels.
- Offer strategic direction and inspire leadership within the teams you work with, guiding both experienced and newer team members.
- Drive business growth by strengthening relationships with current clients while actively contributing to new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and resource plans to ensure efficient project execution and overall forecasting.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Champion creativity and innovation while maintaining a clear focus on achieving business objectives and client goals.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with a blend of confidence, clarity, and diplomacy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project or account management within a creative or digital agency environment.
- Management of project work totalling over $1M annually.
- Proven track record of success in leading digital and traditional media campaigns, across a range of industries.
- Expertise in design, branding, advertising, campaign development, website creation, content strategy, activations, and social media.
- A deep understanding of emerging platforms and technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to your campaigns.
- Advanced skills in managing budgets, timelines, resources, and projects, ensuring all aspects of delivery meet expectations.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a knack for presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining long-term, meaningful client relationships while achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are consistently met.
- Natural leadership qualities with a strong focus on mentorship, team building, and empowering others to succeed.
- Fearless and relentless when it comes to the work, but empathetic when it comes to people.
